# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 12: A pension payable under


(a) the Superannuation Acts 1965 and 1967, as applied by section 128 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925, to any person in respect of service in the office of Lord Chancellor's Legal Visitor; or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in that office.
