# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 14


A pension payable under—
(a) section 2(6) of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 (members of the Lands Tribunal); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in the office of member of the Lands Tribunal.
