# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 18


A pension payable under—
(a) section 79 of the National Insurance Act 1965 (National Insurance Commissioners); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as National Insurance Commissioner.
