# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 19


A pension payable under—
(a) the Superannuation (President of Industrial Court) Act 1954; or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as President of the Industrial Court.
