Paragraph 20

A pension payable under—

(a)

section 22 of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 or under that section as applied by section 23 of the Administration of Justice Act 1964 (chairmen and deputy chairmen of London Sessions); or

(b)

Part I of that Act in respect of service of any person as chairman or deputy chairman of London Sessions.
