A pension payable under—
(a)
a scheme under section 395 of the Middlesex County Council Act 1944 (chairman and deputy chairman of Middlesex Quarter Sessions), or
(b)
Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a chairman or deputy chairman of Middlesex Quarter Sessions.
