# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Regulation 2


(1) In these Regulations—
“the 1971 Act” means the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971;
“judicial pension” means any of the pensions specified in Schedule 2 to these Regulations;
“the principal Regulations” means the Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1972;
“the 1973 Regulations” means the Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
