# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 10


(1) In paragraph 15 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations, for the last entry in the table substitute the following entry:—

(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this paragraph shall take effect from 1st April 1973.
