# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 3


(1) In paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations, for the first entry in the table substitute the following entry:—

(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this paragraph shall take effect from 26th July 1973.
