  "text": "(1) In paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute the following sub-paragraphs:—\n“(b) section 19 of the Courts Act 1971 (Circuit judges); or\n(c) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a county court judge or a Circuit judge.”\n(b) add at the end of the table the following entry:—\n1.1.72\n1.7.72\n1·0256\n(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this paragraph shall take effect from 1st April 1973.",
