# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 5


(1) In paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—
(a) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute the following sub-paragraphs:—
“(b) section 19 of the Courts Act 1971 (Circuit judges); or
(c) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a county court judge or a Circuit judge.”
(b) add at the end of the table the following entry:—

(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this paragraph shall take effect from 1st April 1973.
