# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 1


A pension payable under—
(a) the Lord Chancellor's Pension Act 1832; or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as Lord Chancellor.
