Paragraph 17
A pension payable under—
(a)
the Police Magistrates (Superannuation) Acts 1915 and 1929f1 (metropolitan police magistrates) or
(b)
section 33 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949 (stipendiary magistrates); or
(c)
Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a metropolitan police magistrate or stipendiary magistrate.
