# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 4


A pension payable under—
(a) the Judges' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1808 (higher judiciary in Scotland); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in an office in which that person became or might have become eligible for a pension specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
