# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 6


A pension payable under—
(a) section 9 of the County Courts Act 1934 (county court judges); or
(b) section 19 of the Courts Act 1971 (Circuit judges); or
(c) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a county court judge or a Circuit judge.
