# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 7


A pension payable under—
(a) section 1 of the Sheriffs' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961 (sheriffs principal and salaried sheriffs); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a sheriff principal or salaried sheriff.
