  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I.1991/786 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nPENSIONS\nMade 12th March 1992\nLaid before Parliament 13th March 1992\nComing into force 3rd April 1992\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(3) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 and now vested in them, and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",
