# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I.1991/786 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Made 12th March 1992
Laid before Parliament 13th March 1992
Coming into force 3rd April 1992
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(3) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 and now vested in them, and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
