# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1972, Paragraph 6


A pension payable under—
(a) section 9 of the County Courts Act 1934 (county court judges); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a county court judge.
