# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 1


A pension payable under—
(a) Schedule 4 to the Administration of Justice Act 1973 (higher judiciary in England and Wales and Northern Ireland); or
(b) the Judges' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1808 (higher judiciary in Scotland); or
(c) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in which that person became or might have become eligible for a pension specified in sub-paragraph (a) or (b) above.
