# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 10


A pension payable under—
(a) section 9 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967 (whole-time presidents or chairman of industrial tribunals); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in which that person became or might have become eligible for a pension specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
