# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 2


A pension payable under—
(a) section 19 of the Courts Act 1971 (Circuit judges); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a Circuit judge.
