  "text": "A pension payable under—\n(a) the Superannuation Acts 1965 and 1967, as applied by section 128 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925 (Masters, Registrars, Lord Chancellor's Legal Visitor, Clerks of Assize, President of the Transport Tribunal); or\n(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in which that person became or might have become eligible for a pension specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.",
