# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 6


A pension payable under—
(a) the Superannuation Acts 1965 and 1967, as applied by section 21 of the County Courts Act 1934 (county court registrars); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in the office of county court registrar.
