  "text": "A pension payable under—\n(a) the Police Magistrates (Superannuation) Acts 1915 and 1929 (metropolitan police magistrates); or\n(b) section 33 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949 (stipendiary magistrates); or\n(c) Part I of Schedule 1 to the Administration of Justice Act 1973 (metropolitan and other stipendiary magistrates);\n(d) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a metropolitan police magistrate or stipendiary magistrate.",
