# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1974, Paragraph 9


A pension payable under—
(a) the Superannuation (President of Industrial Court) Act 1954 (President of the Industrial Arbitration Board); or
(b) Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as President of the Industrial Arbitration Board.
