  "text": "The principal Regulations shall be amended–\n(1) by deleting regulations 7(1) and (2);\n(2) by substituting for the words “Subject to paragraphs (1) and (2) above” in regulation 7(3) the words “Subject to regulation 8 below”; and\n(3) by adding after regulation 7 the following new regulation:\n“8 Except in the case of the person who held the office of Lord Chancellor on 28th February 1991, regulation 7(3) above shall not apply in relation to a pension payable to or in respect of a person who ceases to hold the office of Lord Chancellor on or after 12 April 1991.”",
