  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 31st August 1983\nLaid before Parliament 8th September 1983\nComing into Operation 30th September 1983\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister for the Civil Service by section 5(2) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations:—",
