  "long_title": "These regulations amend the Pensions Increase (Local Authorities' etc. Pensions) Regulations 1974 so as to secure that the cost of increasing certain pensions is borne by appropriate authorities. The pensions are those which become payable by local authorities, out of superannuation funds administered under the Local Government Superannuation Regulations 1986 (S.I. 1986/24), in respect of service under public transport companies formed, by local and other authorities, under Part IV of the Transport Act 1985. The cost is to be borne by the authority by whom the company was formed.",
