Made 3rd March 1986
Laid before Parliament 5th March 1986
Coming into Operation 1st April 1986
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister for the Civil Service by section 5(2) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations:—
