  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 9th March 1989\nLaid before Parliament 10th March 1989\nComing into force 1st April 1989\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister for the Civil Service by section 5(2) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, and now vested in them, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",
