# The Pensions Increase (Local Authorities' etc. Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1989, Regulation 3


In regulation 5 of the 1974 Regulations there shall be added the following paragraph–
“(c) where the pension is a pension specified in paragraph 8 of that Schedule, in which case any such increase shall take effect from 1st April 1989.”.
