# The Pensions Increase (Local Authorities' etc. Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1989, Regulation 4


In the Schedule to the 1974 Regulations there shall be added the following paragraph–
“8 A pension payable by Scottish Homes out of a superannuation fund established and administered under the Local Government Superannuation (Scotland) Regulation 1987.”.
