# The Pensions Increase (Modification) Regulations 2017, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions Increase (Modification) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 9th April 2017.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 1975 Act” means the Social Security Pensions Act 1975.
