# The Pensions Increase (Pension Schemes for Kenneth Macdonald) Regulations 2007, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations apply the provisions of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 to any pensions payable under pension schemes made under section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 for Kenneth Macdonald, the Director of Public Prosecutions.
