  "long_title": "These Regulations prescribe the classes of police and fire service pensions which qualify for increase under section 1 of the Pensions Increase Act 1974 and, in relation to such pensions, specify the “relevant date” for the purposes of that Act. They also provide that paragraph (a) of section 1(2) of the Act shall apply in the case of a pension payable to or in respect of a chief officer of a fire brigade.",
