Article 5 Amendment to the Pensions Increase (Review) Order 2024

The Pensions Increase (Review) Order 2024^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 1 (citation, commencement and extent), after paragraph (2), insert as a separate paragraph—

“[Note: There was an error in the making of this Order. As a result, further provision which supersedes the matters set out in this Order is made in the Pensions Increase (Review) (No. 2) Order 2024 ( S.I. 2024/372).]^f2.”
