  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 11th October 1985\nLaid before Parliament 25th October 1985\nComing into Operation 25th November 1985\nWhereas by virtue of section 23 of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 a direction has been given under section 124 of the Social Security Act 1975 by the Secretary of State for Social Services that the sums mentioned in section 23(1)(b) are to be increased:\nNow therefore the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(1), (2) and (5) of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 and now vested in them, and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—",
