# The Pensions Increase (Review) Order 2024, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Increase (Review) Order 2024 and comes into force on 8th April 2024.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
[Note: There was an error in the making of this Order. As a result, further provision which supersedes the matters set out in this Order is made in the Pensions Increase (Review) (No. 2) Order 2024 ( S.I. 2024/372).] .
