Laid before Parliament 9th July 1979
Coming into Operation 30th July 1979
The Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 5(3) and (4) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—
