# The Pensions Increase (Speakers' Pensions) Regulations 1972, Regulation 3


The provisions of the 1971 Act shall apply in relation to—
(a) a pension payable under Mr. Speaker Morrison's Retirement Act 1959.
(b) a pension payable under the Hon. Lady Hylton-Foster's Annuity Act 1965.
(c) a pension payable under Mr. Speaker King's Retirement Act 1971, and
(d) a pension payable under section 26 or 27 of the Parliamentary and other Pensions Act 1972 to or in respect of a person who has held office as Speaker of the House of Commons,
subject to the modifications and exceptions specified in the following provisions of these Regulations.
