Coming into Operation 7th June 1974
The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1), (2) and (4) and 4(1) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1974, hereby makes the following regulations:—
