  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations apply the provisions of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 to any pension payable under the Local Government Pension Scheme in respect of service as an employee of the Valuation Tribunal Service. The rate of any such pension is thereby increased annually in accordance with the Retail Prices Index.",
