# The Pensions Increase (Valuation Tribunal Service) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions Increase (Valuation Tribunal Service) Regulations 2004, and shall come into force on 1st April 2004.
