# The Pensions Increase (Valuation Tribunal Service) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations:
“the 1971 Act” means the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971;
“pension” means a pension within the meaning of the 1971 Act.
