# The Pensions (Miscellaneous Offices) (Requisite Benefits) Order 1978, Article 15: Savings


(1) Nothing in this Order shall affect the meaning of “normal pension age” in any relevant enactment.
(2) This Order shall not apply in relation to an office holder with respect to whose relevant service the provisions of the principal civil service pension scheme apply.
