# The Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme 1964, Article 10: Invalidity of assignments


Any assignment of, or charge on, and any agreement to assign or charge, any pension, allowance or gratuity which may be, or has been, awarded under this Scheme shall, for the purposes of this Scheme, be void.
