  "text": "For the purposes of this Scheme, a member of the Polish forces shall be treated as holding on any date the rank or status in the British forces which is set out in the appropriate Table in Schedule 1 to this Scheme as the equivalent British rank of the rank he held on that date in the Polish forces.",
