# The Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme (Amendment) Order 1972, Article 1: Citation, interpretation and commencement


This order, which may be cited as the Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme (Amendment) Order 1972, amends the Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme 1964, as extended, (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”), and shall come into operation on 2nd October 1972.
