# The Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme (Amendment) Order 1972, Note: Explanatory note


This order amends the Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme 1964 so as to remove a restriction under which no award could be made in respect of the death of a member of the Polish forces, occurring more than 7 years after the termination of his service, unless he had been in receipt of a pension in respect of disablement.
